The kitchen at the Hotel Crescenzia offers a vast choice of typical local specialities as well as national and international dishes, accompanied by an appetising salad bar and hot and cold hors d’oeuvres at lunch and dinner.

BREAKFAST: from 07.30 to 09.45 a.m.: breakfast is a rich, carefully prepared buffet. Possibility for earlier breakfast.
LUNCH: from 12.30 to 1.30 p.m.: lunch includes a rich, assorted buffet of salads and cooked vegetables, a choice of three starters and 3 main courses. Dessert buffet.
DINNER: from 7.30 to 8.15 p.m.: like lunch, dinner also includes a rich, assorted buffet of salads and cooked vegetables, a choice of three starters and 3 main courses. Dessert buffet.

Every week, the hotel holds a candlelit dinner with speciality dishes from Ladin and Trentino cuisine or a Gala Dinner.

NOTE: Guests staying full board can request a picnic basket in place of lunch.
